Viper Reamer Stop is a precision tool used for the purpose of machining a cartridge bore in a barrel. The Viper Reamer Stop is a tool that can be secured to a chamber reamer that once adjusted will allow the operator to machine very precise adjustments to the chambering job. The Viper Reamer Stop will also allow the operator to machine several barrels, providing the tool in not changed or adjusted in any way, to make several barrel chambers of nearly identical dimensions. The Viper Reamer Stop can be adjusted as small an adjustment as .0005”.

The Viper Reamer Stop comes with 5 spacers, dial and 3 rings. Each spacer is made to work with or without a power flush system. The dial has thousandths of an inch marks and works with the spacer to allow for adjustment as small as .0005”. The 3 rings are a tall, short and a small diameter ring. The tall and short ring work with the dial and the spacer to accommodate a wide range of cartridges. The Small diameter ring work with the dial and spacer to accommodate smaller diameter barrels like rimfire. Other brands of reamer stops are not made of stainless steel, and some do not include the small diameter ring. We have it all. We also include a 3/32” Allen wrench.
